At Vince Camuto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn, original-condition merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
